New Holland’s CR Series Combine range not only offers the ultimate in comfort and productivity but a free trip to Europe for anyone who orders a New Holland combine before January 20.
The machine’s Harvest SuiteTM Ultra cab offers a larger space with more glass for better visibility than previous models and the combine offers up to 15 per cent more productivity.
With the range topping CR10.90, the first combine to enter the class 10 segment and the most powerful CR ever, New Holland is proud to deliver the highest capacity in the industry.
New Holland will is also offering a Near Infrared (NIR) Grain Analyser, the 3000H, available for every combine ordered for delivery in 2016.
The 3000H NIR, On Combine Grain Analyser, enables real time monitoring of grain protein and oil levels in oilseeds while harvesting.
The 3000H technology provides an accurate and rapid means of measuring grain quality in wheat, barley, canola and other grains as they are harvested in the paddock.
The 3000H includes a remote sampling head mounted on the clean grain elevator within the combine. The grain flows into the sample chamber where light passes through the sample and is collected by a fibre optic cable on the opposite side.
The whole system can be managed and monitored using the in-cab, 10-inch touch screen which controls the flap, the flap motors, the motion sensors and computes the percentage of protein, moisture and oil using the NIR spectrum generated in the NIR spectrometer.
Once fitted, the grain analyser allows the user to accurately monitor real-time grain quality readings while harvesting providing combine bin and field averages and the ability to manage silo averages.
The system also provides real time grain quality maps that can be displayed in cab or remotely.
‘‘We are really excited to be able to offer the 3000H NIR as part of the package for all model year 2016 combines ordered for delivery next year,’’ New Holland hay and harvest product manager Tony Peters said.
‘‘This advanced technology will allow our customers to segregate grain in the field to maximise yields and in turn pricing for the grower, while also having the ability to manage fertiliser inputs based upon protein levels harvested.’’
The 3000H NIR is locally designed and developed with Australian conditions in mind making it an ideal addition to New Holland’s already class leading combine.
Customers who purchase a model year 2016 New Holland combine for delivery in 2016 will automatically receive the 3000H fitted by their local New Holland dealer.
